Apparently there is a nasty ****** email going around being fowarded, Is there a way to track the email down to the original sender? if so how?
Apparently there is a nasty ****** email going around at school being fowarded to others. the email was created by a student. Is there a way to track the email down to the original sender? if so how?

nah. Those people who sent that email must have an email faker. They create fake email addresses and put some other stuff with them. No chance

The answer is in the headers of the email. Open the message properties and you will be able to find the senders ip addess. Use this utility to copy and past the message headers to locate possible sources.
