well you only can with the yahoo paid account, free accounts doesn’t do that any more, and yahoo has a software to import and export address, just get in help or info
You need the premium e-mail for $19.99 to get it. The servers are:
POP – pop.mail.yahoo.com
SMTP – smtp.mail.yahoo.com
To set it up, you need to log in to your Yahoo! Mail account, click on options, then on POP access.
If you do not want to pay for the service, you can use YPOPs!. The disadvantage is that YPOPs has to be running on the machine that you are checking e-mail on, so it does not work well for checking e-mail from multiple devices such as a mobile phone.

You need to have a paid Yahoo account to be able to use pull POP3 email, after that you can set up
pop.mail.yahoo.com
or just
mail.yahoo.com
on your Palm, you have to have installed any of the mail utilities to pull email, and ofcourse to have internet access.
I had it setup, then i used an ‘email redirection utility’ that palm has to push email from your desktop to your palm phone, but i didnt like any.
The best Palm mail utility is GOODLINK by GOOD technology, we used that at the office and works great.
