How can i block an email sender & bounce back his email on Outlook?

Outlook Email:
I tried putting his email in blocked senders/Junk Email but i dont think that is going to work.
Is there any way i can have his emails bounced back to him with an error nessage that he is having a problem emailing me?

If you have an email from that person, right click on his/her name and select “create a rule” then you will see a whole world of options.
You can select “from” and their name will be there and you check that box, then click on “Advanced Options”
Now you hae another world of things you can do but by default the box that should be checked will have the persons name next to it…at the bottom of that screen, click “next.”
Now, you get to your rules. From here you can have Outlook delete it, or you can forward a message back to them…really you can do almost anything in these rules…it’s up to you.
