Email marketing tips

i have a website that is composed of only html and css. i want to add a main section of “entries,” where i can update it without having to edit my source code each time.

i know there are CMS out there, but all of them develop their own seperate pages and layouts.

i want to keep my page exactly how it is, but to just add dynamic content on one part of the page. how is this possible?

kind of like just taking the news section of a CMS and embedding it in my page.

also, i dont want to learn the code and programming, id prefer if there was some application or something that can do this for me.

If you go to wikipedia or a blog, frequently you see links like:
“wiki.com/wiki/Title_of_Page”
and
“someBlog.com/year/month/day/NameOfPost”

Those folders don’t exist and the pages are generated dynamically based on the paths that are typed. What i want to know is how they do that and what settings are being used on the web server, I’m using xampp (Apache) on windows, to make that work.

The closest i have come is:
“site.com/page.php/keyWordsForPage”
and i want
“site.com/anyWord/keyWordsForPage”

my computer modem, keeps shuting down every 15 mins. when i’m online, & when my sub-accounts are online. i have dial-up. also, things pop-up on my screen, & start loading by themselves.

.i did a surveys a couple of time and now i get all kinds of emals from surveyspot or something like that. I cant even check to see if i have new mail from something that matters. Is there a way to automatically send these to my spam folder instead of my inbox? What would be even better is to get rid of them completely! HELP!!!

and if someone could send it for me by email I can exchange it by one of the several soft wares I own.tnx

blocked addresses ,can you guys help me out how to stop spam mail please,I recieve atleast 10 spam mail everyday,my spam protecton is on,but my blocked address option is full that is 500 of 500,,thanks
